Al-Ghoson Huda
General Manager, Training and Development Organisation, Saudi Aramco, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
As the head of the Human Resources development function, Huda is responsible for the design and delivery of corporate education, training and development programs for all segments of the workforce covering industrial, administrative, professional, and leadership positions.
She joined the company in 1981 and held a variety of positions in various Human Resources and support organisations including Health Care Services, Facilities Planning, Finance, Community Services, Industrial Relations Planning Staff and Human Resources Policy & Planning Department. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Vela International Marine Limited – Saudi Aramco’s subsidiary and shipping company. Huda is a member of the Arabian Society for Human Resources Management. |
