Mary Tadros
Senior Education Specialist, Queen Rania Teachers’ Academy, Jordan
Mary’s particular focus is teacher education, education reform, and ICT in education. She is a board member in the Jordan Education Initiative, a member of the Technical Committee of the Queen Rania Award for Excellence in Education. She is presently an Academic Programs Advisor for Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) working on Pre-Service and in – service teacher education programmes in Jordan and the region.
She worked at the Amman Baccalaureate School for 25 years and the last two posts held were head of senior school and head of Middle Years School. She is a science, coordinators and introductory workshop leader, school in-service trainer, team leader for school evaluation and authorisation visits, Professional development evaluator with the International Baccalaureate organization. She is also on the Council of International schools (CIS)/New England Association of schools and colleges (NEASC) visiting teams to accredit schools internationally. |
