Dr Mona Mourshed
Partner and co-leader of global education practice, McKinsey & Company, UAE
Dr Mourshed is a partner with McKinsey & Company’s Middle East Office, where her work focuses on education system reform in the region and globally. She leads McKinsey’s education practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Her work in system reform spans schools, vocational, and tertiary levels across both strategy and implementation.
She is the co-author of “How the World’s Best-Performing School Systems Come Out on Top”, a study which identified the common attributes of the world's top-performing and fast-improving school systems. She has led the strategy and implementation of programmes to improve education systems in a number of countries, including in the GCC, South America, and Asia. |
